Email: sarahroring@letsplaymusicsite.comEnrollment in a Let’s Play Music program secures a spot in the class for 3 full years. A student cannot be replaced after the first semester due to the sequential nature of the program.
Parents are responsible for the payment of the full year even if students miss lessons, take weeks off, or discontinue mid-year.
In case of unexpected hardships (job loss, severe illness, moving, etc.), parents agree to reach out to Miss Sarah promptly, and together determine the best path forward.
Registration fees, cost of materials, and tuition payments are non-refundable.
Tuition is $630/year. This includes two 15-week semesters and a summer review session. Parents will be billed through a QuickBooks invoice. Payment can be made by cash, check, or online payment. If needed, parents may choose to split payments by semester or $70 monthly (September, October, November, December, January, February, March, April, August).
Parents agree to read parent newsletters weekly, listen to the music at home with their student, attend classes (Year 1: every other week; Year 2: once a month; Year 3: once a month), and assist their child in practicing at home (Year 1: weekly; Years 2 and 3: daily) to maximize the benefits of the program.
Parents will arrive 5–10 minutes before the start of class to allow their student to get settled. Parents will also arrive 5–10 minutes before the end of class for prompt pickup. Miss Sarah will strive to begin class on time so students do not miss valuable learning.
Parents will park in Miss Sarah’s driveway or along the road on her side of the street. Please avoid having children cross the street. Drive carefully, watch for children, and obey speed limits.
No gum, candy, food, or toys in class. Shoes, jackets, and belongings can be left in the front entry.
The bathroom off the front entry is for guest and student use. Parents will supervise children and clean up any messes. Students should come to class with clean hands, as activities involve shared materials and interaction.
Class is for the enrolled child(ren) and their grown-up. Parents are responsible for arranging childcare for other children so they can give full attention to their student. If this is difficult, please contact Miss Sarah.
Miss Sarah works hard to maintain a safe teaching environment. However, the program involves physical movement. By registering, parents accept full financial liability for any accident, injury, or illness involving their student, themselves, or any guest while on the premises, and release Sarah and Joseph Roring from all liability.
Let’s Play Music classes are expected to be in-person. In case of emergency, Miss Sarah may make adjustments. If she must cancel due to illness, a make-up class will be offered. If illness extends beyond one week, classes may move temporarily to a virtual format. No refunds will be given for virtual instruction due to the sequential nature of the program.
